This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal and non-personal information we collect through our Service, how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using the Service, one agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If one does not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SyncMyMail uses the personal information we collect to provide the Service. We will not rent, sell or share personal information with any other company for its own marketing purposes without consent.

1. Information Collection

In order to offer our customers and their users the best possible experience when using the Service, we collect the following information:

1.1 Information Derived from Service Usage. We may combine the information we collect through the use of the Service with information about Participants that we receive from other sources, such as from our partners, in order to provide a better experience and to improve the quality of the Service.

1. 2 Identification information. When Participants connect to the Service on mobile devices, if the mobile network operator uniquely identifies the device, SyncMyMail will receive this information. SyncMyMail may use unique mobile device identification information to offer extended services and/or functionality. Certain SyncMyMail services may require our collection of the phone numbers, e-mail addresses and/or home addresses for Participant. Additionally, through the use of mobile devices, we may collect device information including operating system and device characteristics and resources. We may associate that information to the mobile device identification information and to other information we have collected; however we will not share that information with third parties except in aggregate form.

1.3 Device physical location. Some mobile phone service providers are required to operate a system that will pinpoint the physical location of devices that use their service. Depending on the provider, SyncMyMail may automatically receive this information.

1.4 Usage information. As part of the standard operation of the Service, we may collect certain non-personal information. For example, when the Service is used, a mobile phone automatically records and sends basic information about use to SyncMyMail. This may include the dates and times the Service was used, the phone's manufacturer and model and responses to messages the Service sends. We may combine this non-personal information with personal information.

1.5 Direct communications with SyncMyMail. When email or other communications are sent to SyncMyMail, we may retain those communications in order to process inquiries, respond to requests and improve our services.

1.6 Information provided on our Partners' websites. We offer some of our services in connection with the websites run by our Partners. Personal information provided to those sites may be sent to SyncMyMail, and we will use it in accordance with this Policy. Our Partners' sites may have privacy practices that are different from SyncMyMail 's (and which we do not control), and we encourage reading of their privacy policies.

2. Information Use

We may use personal and non-personal information for any of the following purposes:
(1) to provide products and services, including the display of personalized content, offers and advertising;
(2) to help address problems with and the functioning of the Service;
(3) to monitor and conduct internal reviews of the Service;
(4) to help us better understand and improve the use of the Service, and to develop new services;

3.2.3 If we determine that there has been a violation of Service policies.

3.2.4 If we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, other users of the Service or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
