Our E-List Watch service detects unauthorized use of your e-mailing
list. You are given specially coded unique decoy email addresses to incorporate
into your list each time it's mailed. We will utilize a combination of your key
code and our decoy name in the name field of the email address so that you can
attach responsibility to the mailing. We will provide you with 10 individual
e-seeds for each of your 3 lists. The email addresses will be a combination of
free email domains and US Monitor registered domains. You have daily access to
who is mailing to your lists. Your report will include the following
information: The E-mail Header - From, To, Subject and Date and the Body of the
e-mail for your review. We will store the e-mails or return them to you on
demand.

E-Monitor enables opt-in email senders to track their
campaign delivery to the world's top ISP's automatically. Statistics are
calculated showing the percentage of email arriving in a user’s inbox, bulk
box, or go entirely missing. This is accomplished by the mailing list owner
seeding their existing subscriber list with email addresses located at top
ISP's. When a newsletter is sent, the seed addresses are also sent a copy of
the issue. We are then able to check those mailboxes and create a detailed
delivery report of the newsletter.
The report allows you to see where ISP's deliver your message. You can further
drill down to see which specific seed email addresses had delivery problems.
