US Monitor’s ScanMonitor service now gives you the option to receive
scanned images of your decoy mail. Our Standard Monitor and List Watch
customers now have the ability to view scanned images of their decoy mail
rather than having the pieces returned for the cost of shipping. When our mail
receiving agents receive your decoy mail it is shipped back to U.S. Monitor
where it is scanned and entered into our database. You can then view the images
in an email report or in a file online. You have daily access to when your mail
is received or who is mailing to your list.
No more waiting for your weekly shipment to arrive from US Monitor No
more sifting through a box of decoy mail and sorting the pieces. Now, with Scan
Monitor, multiple people can view the information in clear, concise
online files or in scheduled email reports.
