Now learn if you are receiving all your business reply mail and other incoming
white mail. Reverse Mail Monitoring allows you to check your order procedure
and how long it takes to process an order.
Here's how it works...

You are given a choice of 25 strategically located cities where your pieces
will be mailed.

You send us completed, self-addressed, stamped envelopes and/or business reply
envelopes for the cities of your choice and the date to be mailed for each
city.

You affix postage (If using metered mail omit the date).
-
Fill in the reverse mail order form.
U.S. Monitor will send your pieces to the various mail forwarding agents and
document the day they were sent.
We will report the following to you:

The city and state mailed from

The quantity mailed
